Norma Park Tampa FL

Norma Park is a South Tampa FL community. This subdivision is one of the more affordable ones in all of South Tampa and that is somewhat of a surprise. There are actually not very many homes found here but the overall quality is why we decided to write about it.

Homes For Sale in South Tampa

This community is located in the center of the peninsula and on the eastern side of South Manhattan Avenue. There are so many things within 3 to 5 minutes of these homes it is surprising even for Tampa. Everything from Publix to Lowes etcetera is all very close by but it still fills like a neighborhood.

There are two Norma Park communities. One is to the north in the Beach Park area. The first homes built in either area were in the mid 1940's. The newer homes are found in the northern version of this community where some were built in the last couple of years. Pricing is best in the south part.
