Mac Dill Heights Tampa FL

Mac Dill Heights in South Tampa FL is a non-gated residential community. As you may expect it is also close to the AFB but not as close as some may think. You will find this community about half way between Ballast Point and the Selmon Expressway.

Homes For Sale in South Tampa

This area is fairly quiet and lightly trafficked. On the eastern side of the community is S MacDill Avenue for commuting but most of the community has only residents and deliveries driving through the streets. Not quite a peaceful oasis but close enough for me.

You will find some newer homes here but few. About 2 or 3 homes have been built here each of the last 5 years or so. The first homes built were in the mid 1940's and yes, the newer ones are much nicer.  So far less than 10 homes in this entire area have sold for over a million.
