The views here are striking and even though Downtown Tampa is nearly 4 miles across the bay you can clearly see it during the day and evening hours. Contrary to most of the condos on Bayshore Boulevard this one is actually waterfront and has fairly easy parking even for visitors.

In South Florida usually everything is just a mile or two away. That is certainly the same here. Grocery stores, small restaurants and numerous service providers are within those two miles. One will rarely have to venture further. For those so inclined there is a Walmart Supercenter for groceries just 2 miles west.
