Bayshore Pointe in South Tampa FL is a gated townhome community. On the eastern side is The Estates at Bayshore Pointe which is a smaller community of only 12 traditional single family homes. This is one of the more affordable gated community options in this part of South Tampa.

This community is located between S MacDill Avenue and Bayshore Boulevard. It is a little over 1/4 of a mile north of Gadsden Park. Although the park is a great option there is a community swimming pool and tennis courts within the neighborhood.

The Townhomes

The townhomes here were built between 2000 and 2003. The smallest one you may see for sale is a 1,690 square foot home and the largest is just over 1900. There are even some 4 bedroom townhomes here. The difficult part is catching one of them for sale as they seem to sell fairly quickly. In the past two years 24 of them have sold.
